Westchester, NY – April 2009– Westchester Real Estate, Inc. recently honored their top-producing agents for their successes in 2008 at an exclusive Awards & Networking luncheon held at the New York Athletic Club in Pelham Manor, NY on March 26, 2009. Keynote speaker for the event was Jonathan Miller, co-founder, CEO and president of Miller Samuel, the well-known real estate appraisal firm based in NYC, and oft-cited author of various market reports including the Manhattan Market Overview. Mr. Miller shared insights on the partnership between Realtors and appraisers, especially in this more restrictive lending environment, as well as his prognostications on the real estate market for the coming year. The event was generously supported by the White Plains branch of Countrywide Home Loans – Bank of America.
