Hastings on Hudson, Irvington, Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Elmsford and Hartsdale are some of the many villages comprising the lower Hudson Valley, and are all part of the town of Greenburgh. The one square mile of Elmsford, once a rural hamlet, is now a hub of activity. It boasts many business and industrial parks, restaurants, and entertainment options including movie theaters, a skating academy and the Westchester Broadway Theater offering the finest in local dinner theater. It sits geographically between White Plains and Tarrytown, providing easy access to the additional amenities of those locationis as well. Housing is a mix of residential homes, condos, townhouses, and rentals.
